Paul & Roz welcome you to their home, please come and join us in our Traditional 6 bedroom Victorian Guest House.

All our rooms are clean, comfortable and have en-suite showers, after a good nights sleep we offer you a traditional English breakfast using locally sourced products to set you on your way ...(served daily between 8.30 - 9.15)... whether your stay in Torquay is business or pleasure.

We are only a short walk from the beach or town centre but if you are not feeling that energetic there are bus stops only a couple of minutes away and a taxi company across the road

Limited parking is available on a 'first come' basis but there is also parking directly in front for up to one hour Monday to Saturday where you can stop and unload your luggage with ease. There is a carpark in close proximity.

Tourists need look no further than the conveniently located 74Belgravia

74 Belgravia is in the prime tourist location just a short walk to the beach, passing the bowling greens, gardens and Torquay tennis club on your way. The town centre is within easy walking distance via the promenade where you will find the Princess Theatre, Torquay Marina and harbourside with open air cafe life. The Agatha Christie Bus Stop is a few minutes walk from the door, as is the Sports Complex of The English Riviera Centre.

We are a short walk to The English Riviera Conference Centre and the location is always popular with conference and business guests. WiFi is available.

A home from home to enable you to explore all that Torquay has to offer - not least its lovely beaches. Torquay has an agreeable year round climate and has easy access to Dartmoor National Park, Historic Exeter and Naval Plymouth. There are numerous trips by boat to Brixham and Dartmouth or what could be better than taking the steam train from Paignton to Kingswear.

We are within walking distance of the birthplace of Agatha Christie and the Greenway Bus which takes regular trips from near our door to her home on the banks of the river Dart.
